De Lorenzo The Paradise SS16/17 Collection
8/8/2017
De Lorenzo’s new season Novacolour Collection trends are here and they are sultry, sophisticated and wearable. The Paradise SS16/17 colours and styles forecast glamourous looks that ooze femininity; from heavily layered, golden goddess Ivy to platinum, windswept Willow.
Ivy wears this heavily layered style with confidence. She reinvents timeless bangs, adding soft layers and subtle waves. Her golden tresses are kept mid-length with an elegant bounce. Fine highlights are applied to refresh and revive the colour, overlapping warmer hues of copper and blonde for a natural finish. To style the hair, Ivy starts with a spritz of Essential Treatments Infinite Detangler, then follows with Elements Amplify applied directly to the root area while the hair is still damp for weightless body and volume. Ivy tames her hair and keeps flyaways at bay with Elements Afterglow, containing Goji Berry for added shine.
Camilla is a sultry goddess, oozing Australian glamour. Inspired by natural beauty, her tousled waves and deep side part are easy to wear from day to night. The rich coffee tones are perfectly complemented with lighter shades through the mid-lengths and ends. Camilla maintains her colour using Novafusion Chocolate. She styles her carefree waves using Instant Accentu8 Satur8, a foam that revitalises and detangles, letting the hair fall loosely whilst providing daily UV protection. For added volume she opts for Elements Sea Swell providing natural style and body with anti-humidity action, leaving hair with an opulent shine. Camilla applies Instant Rejuven8 The Ends to the mid-lengths and ends to seal and prevent split ends, leaving hair smelling of summer.
Willow wears her windswept waves with confidence, adding depth with a deep side part and textured body. She makes a statement with a platinum blonde shade, mixed with subtle natural tones on the roots. Colour is locked in using a combination of Novafusion Silver and Novafusion Beige Blonde shampoo to enhance the colour whilst reducing unwanted brassy tones. To prep the hair for styling, Willow applies Elements Motion to towel dried hair, working through from roots to ends. She follows with Elements Barrel Wave through the ends and scrunches whilst drying the hair to create texture and volume. Once the hair is dry, Willow tames her volumised look using Essential Treatments Absorb, a dry shampoo that controls oily roots whilst adding height and body.
